Rude drive thru employee. Kept ringing me up for what things I did not ask for. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit combo (which is an actual combo for 4.99), She put a Swiss sausage egg croissant and put no sausage. I told her that was incorrect and said what I wanted again. She then but a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with no sausage (6.99, so I'm being charged for an ingredient I don't want and not getting) She then jumped in and said pull to the window. I said first I'm not doing with my order and second you still have my order wrong. She argued with me that she did not, she had it right because she put no sausage. I again told her she was wrong because I know for a fact there is the exact combo I asked for because I get it like every week. She then said well how much is it I don't see that. I told her and she left it as it and said was there anything else. I said yes once you have my order correct. She told me to just pull to the window and she would try to fix it there. So I said forget it and left because I'm not letting you ring up what you want and I can't see it just for me to get the receipt and you still have it wrong, if I even got a receipt. Then I tried to call them as I left to speak to mananger so they could correct her and their phone number is disconnected.

Do not bother with this location. They are always slow and very disorganized, the food is cold. Today my husband went through thr drive-thru, and saw the frosties sit on the counter while he waited a long time for the food. The drive is like five minutes, the food was luke warm, and the frosties, which had an awful lot of foam on top, were liquid.

The past two times the kids meal hasn't even had a bag or activity with it.

As my husbad said "There's a lot of standing around and not doing anything". I get standing around waiting for a fryer to cook, but the food is never fresh enough for that.

The location on Eola and 34 is still slow but the food is much better so please fo there instead.

Highly disappointed with the speed of service. I kid you not I probably waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru for my food.
I always wanted to try the breakfast menu so after church I decided to try.
Probably the first and last time I will try. I was inside of what took so long on a Sunday morning as I was the only one at the drive-thru.

The food took a while to come, I expected it to be faster because it is “fast food”. Anyways, the customer service was standard like all chains and not good in any way but definitely not bad. The food was decent and pretty fresh although some fries were green. If you’re in this area this place isn’t so bad, and won’t break the bank either.

Workers at drive through don’t say hello you have to speak first to order. They’re pissy too. Good takes a while to come out. They close at 1 and it’s 11:40 right now
overall bleh experience.
