stopped at this dairy queen on a roadtrip, the woman at the counter was very sweet, the restroom was clean and the smores blizzard that I order had lots of mix-ins and was very well made! had to leave a review!
9-7-25 I was shorted a dollar in change. Bill was $15.93. I gave her 20.93. After about 5 minutes and giving me my food she says I have to get your change. I said it should be a 5 dollar bill. She said my change was short by a quarter. I had checked it twice. Got home and looked at the receipt and it shows I was owed $5 (she had only given me $4). I had similar happen at another DQ. They need to change how they do things. Money taken and change given first, along with a receipt....
I ordered a lizard when I got to the bottom of the lizard it was only vanilla ice cream. I ordered it with extra stuff in it and there wasn't extra stuff in it. It was still good.
