I was at the drive thru and ordered 2 #8 combo’s. I asked for picante or hot sauce and didn’t get any. I also got coffee and although I did get cream and sweetener I didn’t get a stirrer. I did get napkins and the food was good. The workers need to be trained better to be attentive to things needed for orders
The food itself is typically good. The service is aggravating when I. The drive through. They always try and speed through your order. I have always had to say, hold on I want to order something else. Then I'm met with an attitude. The most infuriating thing is that they are constantly put pf curly fries. I even came one day and the roast beef was there but not thawed. I blame management for poor training and poor ordering habits. If you know you're always out of curly fries...then...read full review

Robin was superb!! The carbonation was out and she put a sign indicating what drinks were available and this made things easy to order. Regarding Hardee’s in general we recommend not getting the fries. We particularly liked the chicken blt and the chicken tenders. Thanks for a nice meal.
