This has one of the most authentic feels in the area for Mexican food. The beans are cooked pinto, (not canned or reconstituted). The menu is varied with daily drink specials. We noticed their support for the local community. It was reflected in the number of families and large groups dining that evening. Stopped for a quick dinner while I'm town. The service was excellent and the food came out very quickly. Prices are very reasonable as well. The amount of red sauce on the combo was a little excessive and really turned it into a red mess, but everything else was good for the price.
Great tasting food, large portions, attentive staff. Little gem in small country farm town.
