“The people here could not have been nicer or more accommodating for our group which included a pescatarian and a vegetarian. We had the Sunday buffet and it did not dissapoint! Salad bar made a great salad plus macaroni salad and two types of potato salad. My friend loved the fried chicken and two friends could not stop being amazed by how moist the fried fish was. Reasonably priced and we left so full!! Will definitely go back if we are in the area again!”

“I don't live in the area, and most of the Long John Silvers that I have went to the past few years have been nothing less than disgusting. Today I went to the MtVernon store and totally amazed. The girl that waited on me was so nice,and very helpful. And the store was so clean...It was awesome. I will definitely be back again when I am down that way. “The food was fantastic. Everything tasted fresh and was very colorful. No iceberg lettuce, nice green lettuce, beautiful red tomato that tasted fresh and full of flavor. The steak in my Fajita quesadilla was super tender. The homemade hot sauce salsa verde was some of the best I’ve ever had, it was packed full of flavor with just the perfect amount of heat.”

We were down in Sesser camping for the weekend so knew we had to go grab a bit to eat the first night since we didn't get food that first night since we were late getting in.”

“The food was great! I had their ribeye special & Ruben sammich special for St. Patty's day. I've never had a Ruben that good even when I lived in St. Louis!!! The service was par, given there was only one waitress & one bartender. You can't be mad at that for the amount of guest they had for St. Patty's Day. It's just a hop away from Sesser, so I'll be back soon! Their pizzas are awesome as well. Wash it all down w/an ice cold stag.”
