Ordered an ice cream cake June 2nd for Husband and Daughter-in-laws Birthdays to be picked up on June 3rd just hours before celebration started. I Received the wrong cake and was told by cake decorator that a store manager would call me and give some kind of credit. I accepted the cake given to me because I had no choice in the matter. I probably will not order another from that location again. Extremely inconsiderate! Incidentally it is now June 9th!!! Still no phone call.

They cant make a cappuccino blast for the life of them seriously had the most discusting drink i have ever gotten from baskins ever. I rather drive the 20 mintues to the one by the mall instead of going here its 10 mintues away. They didnt have the pumpkin cheese cake which is promoted alll over the website. Then had the turtle blast. She ran out of whip cream! How is this possible!!.. It tasted like melted fudge icecream. Which is the wrong icecream its not even the right color. omg worst experience ever. So much for taking my money and ruining my craving. If u dont know how to make it please be upfront i could have gotten an icecoffee.
