Breakfast (brunch) spots seem like a slam dunk to me if you are a restaurant owner. The "keep it simple" principle seems to lend itself perfectly to neighborhood breakfast restaurants. Offer some steak and eggs, some Benedicts, some skillets, stuff from the griddle and maybe a page or so at the back of your menu featuring some sandwiches for lunch. Excellent food. Everything looks and tastes a little better than I'm used to getting elsewhere. Service is warm and personal. They treat ya like they know ya. If you get the banana split waffle, I reccomend four spoons. It's Huge!

I've been there many times. I love their 'Crunchy French Toast', and their quick and friendly service. Also, being in walking distance to my CVS drug Store and the Anytime gym that I'm a member of, makes for a convenient 'One Stop' little jaunt. I must also mention, if you feel like celebrating, for one reason or another, this is the place. Treat yourself to one of their great cocktails.
