Wanted a quick ice cream treat while visiting IL from OR. Drove thru and grabbed a strawberry sundae and was not disappointed. Love that they use FRESH STRAWBERRIES and not the typical syrup or preserves topping you usually see. Also great that they had pecans as an option! Yummy 😋

I was there today order a polish it was so hard you couldn't bite it i took it back ask foe a refund. She gives me a receipt and the total refunded is 00.00 so I ask her again this receipt showing 00.00 refunded to my card. She tell me that's how the refund shows up. So I ask her to write the amount of the refund on the receipt and put her initials on it.she write the amount downer refused to initial it i ask her you refuse because you don't want to be held accountable she said yes. Then I ask her her name she refuse to give it to me. Bad Services The girl is taking money form costumers Please Be Aware!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Lombard location is extremely slow. two visits this season. The first was bad....super slow service even though there was hardly anyone else there. Gave them another shot today. over 30 minutes waiting in line with only 3 sets of folks ahead of us (2 couples and a single person.) Finally gave up and left. the couple behind us did the same. They commented as well about how slow the staff was everytime they have visited too. Won't be back.

Online says they close at 9pm. I have gone there 2 times this week and it has been closed before 830. I see workers inside doing nothing but sitting on their phones. Honestly ridiculous will never be coming again. Get ur stuff right.

Came here from out of town and went through the drive thru, ordered shake, malt and cup of blueberry cheesecake....the guy who was taking the order was very rude and repeated order saying strawberry cheeSecake, when we said blueberry " well, we don't have that!". Food definitely not worth it. Malt not completely mixed etc. disappointed.
