I have been going to this dunkin since the day it opened. 2 times a day purchasing 4-6 coffees a day. the service USE to be phenomenal until the past year when event was transferred to the store on laraway. Over the past year the service has gone from bad to worse with all the new employees there and constant be employees. the upper management doesn't seem to really care either because I have reached out several times and said something.
