Great sandwich shop. However, the service is hit or miss. My last visit was a miss. I ordered the chicken philly without the onions and peppers - the young man even repeated the order. However, the person who made the sandwich obviously didn't read the order. So, it was an expensive garbage item as I wasn't driving 20 minutes back. I'd give the visit a 1 star but, they got the other sandwich right and the other staff members were great.

Very disappointed with this location. I placed an order on the app and then went to pick it up. There is no designated place for orders, so I had to wait in the line, with 9 people in front of me to pick up my order. I should have checked while I was there to see if it was right, but unfortunately I did not. My bowl had a small amount of meat and cheese, and an overload of banana peppers, which I did not order. I also ordered mayo, but that was not on there. Taking the time to read and get the orders right, would really go a long way to get return customers.

I love Jersey Mike's but the music is too loud to hear what the people are saying. Really good food but the ham is the only thing with a good portion. 61$ for 4 people to eat. Music impedes the dining experience.

I went about 7pm on a Fri and so did about 5 other groups of people behind me. They just got overwhelmed and slammed all at once there. It was still good service and food though!
