I agree with the last persons review. I called an order in and was called back by an employee to tell me they ran out of bread to make sandwiches. Ok strange I mean you are a sandwich shop but ok. He told me to give him 35 minutes and if that would be ok. I said that was fine. I show up 35 minutes later, wait patiently for the 3 customers ahead of me because my order was not in the shelf. Poor customer service. Rude workers. What happened? This place used to be amazing. Also, who runs out of bread during the day at a sandwich place? Get it together people.
Terrible customer service from a manager. called the police rather than just do your job correctly. what kind of example are you setting for other employees. you thought she would just bow down to you and just leave. You picked on the wrong person this time
