I began attending this magnificent bowling venue in 1986 and have always enjoyed my experience here. My favorite part of this bowling alley is the food. Excellent quality and great selection. The leagues are second to none. Always clean and sanitary restrooms. Families can bowl here and eat and have money left. Great lanes shoes and computer score boards. If want to bring a date or celebrate an anniversary this is the place. Birthday parties for children and adults is very economical and well prepared. Plenty of parking with abundant special needs spaces. Attend!!!!

Very rude guy at the drink counter. I won’t be coming back. This seems to be a regular thing that happens. I’m not going have my family be treated that way when we are trying to enjoy ourselves. Sad because I’m a native here in New Lenox and I will be going elsewhere from now on.

The bigger man behind the counter was super rude. I believe his name was Carl. Dennis is the only nice person in the whole entire bowling alley. Jerry is the owner of the bowling alley. He needs to step in up at start remodeling the whole building. It looks like a garbage dump. The bottom line is if you are a bowler and if you can bowl here you can bowl anywhere else. These lanes are not true lanes. Anyway, I been there probably more than a dozen times and I will never be back. We have family in Manhattan too. They won’t be coming back due to the rude attitude of the staff. I suggest that you don’t come here either.

Best bowling alley around. Very affordable. The owner, Dave, is a great person. I took my girlfriend there on our first date and we loved it. Of course I lost all 3 games lol but it was worth it. A great place.

I’m guessing the big guy behind the counter at the kitchen was the owner. Absolutely atrocious attitude between him and his little employee behind the counter. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!! I am so upset I did not read this reviews prior to coming here. I was treated with such rudeness and hostility. For what reason? Hope this place shuts down soon or a new owner buys out this one. Not gonna last long with that attitude. Don’t get in customer service, if you can’t handle it or treat people with an ounce of respect. Crazy.

Just as the other review stated from 2 weeks ago, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have never been treated with such attitude and down right unprofessionalism at an establishment before.I'm not sure if it was because i had small children or what. The cook had nothing but a scowl in his face while walking up to me and proceeded to be downright rude when I asked if they had something. We got up and left after a quarter through the game. I am so upset I didn’t read the reviews prior to coming to this place, I would have never given them my money. Save yourself a headache and a pissy mood and go to a different bowling alley. I’m sure it will be more up to date with decor too.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Incredibly rude staff. This is the second time we decide to come giving them the benefit of the doubt hoping they had new staff. To our luck same rude guy was working the counter. This time we got his name. Jim. The other guy working with him isn’t much help. Needless to say we walked out. Don’t hand your money to the people that don’t deserve it. Save yourself the trouble drive out to town and country.

If I could leave zero stars, I would the older man and the kid with the glasses that work. The front are terrible. Very rude and disrespectful. Don’t ever come to this place you should much rather go to town and country in Joliet. It’s about 10 minutes away from here avoid this place at all cost. And I would definitely not recommend having your birthday here
