So to start, I just found out from the very helpful worker that the new owners fired all of their in store drivers. Now it is strictly delivered through Doordash, which would've been nice to know because the food was COLD. Lied about delivery time (was approximately 40 minutes late), and the poor guy working is by himself and handling complaints because I suppose this isn't the first call OF THE DAY. Bless his heart he gave me store credit, but at the very minimum publish the new delivery information on your website. I would have ordered from Domino's. At least they have their own drivers that are reliable and don't treat their employees like trash.

This is one of the better pizza huts. If you are wanting pizza hut go to this one, NOT THE FRANKFORT location. Frankfort location is horrible. Dry and lacking sauce. This place tastes fresh and looks fresh.

$6 delivery fee?!?! It doesn't even go to the driver, it's just Pizza Hut gouging it's customers.Was going to try pizza Hut after not having it for a couple years. Noped the hell out after seeing a $6 delivery fee for 0.5mile delivery.

We ordered a pizza an hour before they closed, which they said would be delivered in 30 minutes. An hour later they said a door dasher hadnt picked up the order and they had no one on staff to deliver. Also informed me it would take a week for refund and was rude as hell.
To be honest, i used to love pizza hut, its fallen a long way from what it once was. Extra is now the normal amount if you are lucky.. pan pizza is like 50 dollars with delivery before tipping..

I was been there oct 13 /2023I was ordered pizza i i was asking how much to pay?? And sales man Nate he said 40$ i was trying to pay by cash i had 50$ two bills in my wallet i pulled one i was gave him and he said i can’t accept i’m so surprised $40 is my bill and he denied to accept $50 bill and he said I cannot be except over $20 bill so this doesn’t make sense..He start rudely, behave and he write down for me and he said I can give you in written…. Personally, I never recommend to go this store …

The staff did great and the food was tasty. However (this is not the staff's fault) but the price point for a basic Pizza with wings has become absurdly expensive.Its to the point where it defeats the purpose of eating Pizza Hut. There are several sit-down resturant alternatives available at Pizza Hut's current price point.....
