After many attempts of giving the New Lenox Smoothie king a redemption attempt, i am thoroughly disappointed. Not only is there reoccurring problems with feces in the restrooms, but the ingredient table is in disarray. Many fruits are mixed into others and spilling over. Items that need to be kept fresh are visibly rancid.
January 18th being the day of this post, I was induced with an allergic reaction due to cross contamination. Pineapple being messily fallen into the strawberry bin caused cross contamination when ordering an allergy free smoothie. No refund was offered, only offer was to make a new smoothie (no matter what the ingredients are tampered with and unfit for consumption)
This is deeply disappointing to see this location become so filthy.

Excellent smoothies, but watch your bill. Over the past few months they've been doubling the tax rate, charging an 18% tax both in store and online. The issue hasn't been fixed in spite of being brought to their attention multiple times.

Hands down my favorite location. My mom gets mad when I don't get her anything when I go to this location lol. They get my order right every time and it's perfect.

This place always smells terrible. The bathrooms are stinky for sure. Maybe all of that fiber is helping people go??? šŸ˜‚. But, for real…. the staff is always unfriendly and quick to get rid of you. The smoothie bowl was ā€œmidā€ and could use more fruit topping. It’s basically ALL aƧaĆ­.

Good smoothies…. But way to expensive

Where do I begin, the granola was so stale. I know the granola isn’t supposed to taste this way at all because I have the exact brand at home. Tasted as if it wasn’t properly stored. I know they are labeled as smoothie bowls but the consistency of the aƧaĆ­ part of my bowl was so watered down I was basically slurping down a bowl of soup. Don’t get me started on customer service, I went in feeling judged by the ladies whispering to one another behind the counter as I was ordering. First and last time here No thanks.

Anvi was so accommodating and very kind. My son just had some dental work and needed some soft foods. Anvi went above and beyond to make sure he understood the menu and was happy with his drink! Thank you so much! She deserves a raise!
