Location is always scummy inside. Employees could spend more time making orders on time and accurately versus joking about women in the drivethru in front of customers. Pre-ordered online and still had to wait 15 minutes in store after requested time. Manager gave us extra drinks for our wait. Get our order home and find our order was incorrect. Do better White castle, or train your people better...

On 7/3/25 I visited this white castle around 10:00/10:30 p.m placed an order at the drive through. After receiving my order, my husband and I consumed a few of our burgers. Upon arriving home, I decided later in the night to eat another burger, I usually don't get pickles with my burgers, but since I didn't request No pickles in my order, I proceeded to remove the pickle, in doing so (thank God) I saw a bug inside my sandwich!! Totally disgusted! Corporate notified!

I like a slider now and then. However I dislike the smell of cooking oils, etc., the aromas that come out of the drive up wind see weow into my auto, and then it lingers. Even walking in for a take out, my clothes reeked with the aroma of White Castles upon leaving.

Went through the drive thru, no one else in line and unfortunately my cheeseburgers were still cold. I was already on the highway when my husband mentioned the burgers were not cooked all the way, still cold in the middle. We were so sad as we don't have White Castles near our home and we went out of our way to get them.
