Bowl of Fortune Express is an incredible, authentic Szechuan spot located in an unassuming grocery store food court. The food is the best Chinese type food, seriously homemade, and not drenched in gross sauce. Favorites include the dry chili chicken, which is bold and spicy, the tender mushu pork, and the light, fluffy fried tofu with salted egg. Portions are huge. The atmosphere is good and clean, with plates brought out by robots. The staff is nice and accommodating. While some items can be kind of expensive, it is a great spot and a gem of a find, executing at a restaurant level. Many customers plan to be regulars and highly recommend it.
