The app was having an issue so I had to call and place my order I dread calling places but Kenyea answered the phone and was so nice! She sounded happy and glad to help me. This is the only BWW I go to anymore. One thing I love is that the food is Consistently good. Unlike my experience at other locations where quality is a coin toss. Staff here is always hard working, helpful, and Taylor is very friendly/outgoing.
I ordered the 20 traditional wings with half wild sauce and half spicy garlic for carry out. I wasn’t sure what sauces I wanted and I asked for some recommendations based on what I liked.
Ebony, the General Manager, was so helpful and patient with me and explained the taste and level of heat each sauce that I asked about had. Everything was fresh AND hot. I’m definitely coming back for more.
