Was told by Niles team to call into customer service to resolve my free sandwich issue. Customer service was top 5 worst customer services experiences in my life. Horrible attitude, could not care about my situation, lack of empathy, kept apologizing for things she could not address or fix, and there wasn't anything that was her problem...
I love this place. The cashier was very nice taking my order. The employees we're friendly and courteous. The food was delicious. Me and my mom enjoy our sandwich. Definitely yes will go back and eat againg.
Obviously freaky fast... Under 5 min. Also shoutout to the artist who drew a Cookie Monster on my JJ Slim 1.
