For all your or most of your filipino food needs. The food is hot and you can choose what you want. Stopped in for a quick to go grab and got 3 different things to try. One was a beef stew of sorts and the other was a ground pork dish. Both looked similar in color but tasted different. They look spicy but they are definitely not spicy. We also ordered half a lb of the lumpia, could have probably gone with 1lb as they went fast!
I have been a costumer in this store like forever. They have ample of choices for good food...But today I am so very disappointed with the NEW server. I ordered a large inihaw na baboy it was priced 2 dollars more, as she said its a special price, however the large container was only 3/4 full and a quarter empty. The other order I said sinigang, the server doesnt even know what viand was that and tried to serve me a tocino ?? and I corrected her and gave me the right order but...read full review
Just had to have some Filipino food and I recalled that I went to Uni-Mart pre-covid. The place definitely changed since I last went there, it's now mainly just one stand instead of the whole store. I got there just at 11am so all the hot item foods were still covered with cling wrap. I actually haven't tried alot of the dishes that were on offer. I had the caldera which is a beef stew with a really yummy semi sweet sauce. This was a really good dish and was a hit at our house....read full review
