Hello We visited 1601 E College Ave, Normal, IL 61761 restaurant yesterday. Food was good but the outdoor seating area is very dirty. It definitely needs cleaning. We wanted to enjoy our food outside as the day was beautiful in the upper 70’s and very sunny. Staff is rude! We didn’t feel welcome there. Please improve your customer service and cleaning there. Thank you

Really enjoy Blaze, you make your own pizza and the food always turns out great with great customer service, it can be a little pricey though. Personally, when I go Blaze is never busy.

When in today (May 22nd at 8:50PM) and received the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant like this. The staff looked fed up and annoyed. I get it they closed in 10 minutes but that doesn’t give them the right to act shady towards their customers. The girl who made my pizza was totally not trying to be there, keeping things short just trying to get me out of there. Absolutely outrageous. I will not be returning to this location EVER AGAIN! If you don’t like your job or what you do just stay home instead of bringing bad service to the table and giving this establishment a bad name like this.

Blaze used to be great, but the last few times I got pizza from Blaze, it was so burnt that it smelled like smoke. If this is the default option, well-done probably looks like a black Frisbee!
My pizza was great. My wife had toppings still cold. Service was pleasant and friendly. Restaurant was dirty, questionable food handling techniques.

i enjoy there pizza, the sauce needs salt so i always recommend getting it on top. i love the fresh high rise dough. the thick crust is where its at.

We have come to this restaurant for years and it used to be one of our favorite places to eat. Since new management has taken over it has changed drastically. None of the employees seem happy and almost scared to even put too many toppings on your pizza and I have been told they can’t put much on because of management. I ordered a pizza and half of my pizza didn’t even have cheese on it. I asked for more and was told I couldn’t have any more. I told them I didn’t mind paying for extra cheese and they told me that they couldn’t put any more cheese on my pizza even if I paid extra. What?! I’ve honestly never had a pizza place tell me this before. I wish I had taken a picture of my pizza to show how little cheese was on it. We come here a lot and this is the new normal when it comes to any type of toppings. Such a disappointment as we used to love this place.
