The person that took my order(2 pizzas) out of the oven gave me one pizza and left the other one on the counter and went to help someone else. When I asked if I could have both pizzas, she rudely dropped it on the counter.

Tried to get a pi day pizza, got there at 8:45 and was yelled at that they were closed. Multiple customers told us that that is just what they were doing, so they had treated multiple people that way. Very very disappointing. Been multiple times and staff has never really been the kindest, but the food is good. But on Pi day to get treated like that, and then to only get a 20% off coupon… very disappointing.

This is my second time ordering from here. There are few places in town where we can enjoy keto friendly options and the pizzas were delicious. Will be ordering from here again

This place has gone down hill. The team does not work well together at all to get orders done. They do however enjoy talking to one another on line and play on their phones with AirPods in while customers are in line. I miss the old Blaze.

The little blonde girl working there was extremely unfriendly. Did not look happy to be there, made zero eye contact. Made my girlfriend and I uncomfortable, wasn’t impressed with the customer service in the slightest bit.

This place used to be pretty good. Service went down hill quick.Pizza maker didn't care about what he was doing. Employees arguing. Chairs up on the tables at 7pm. Cook pulling on this beard at the oven. I love Blaze, but this location needs to take a hard look at who they are hiring.
