Went there with family to play Duck ball. Awesome game!!! Had delicious appetizers and the young lady, I think her name was Izzy? made the most delicious Irish mules!!!! Was a good time all around!!!! Service was excellent!!!!!

Review for Westside Smoke & Blo No Pizza
My wife and I visited Westside Smoke this past weekend, and sadly, it was just another disappointing experience in a long line of them. I've given this place many chances over the years, hoping things would improve, but the service has always been subpar. It really feels like the staff isn’t trained on even the most basic steps of service—it’s consistently inattentive and disorganized.
This visit, we started with the burnt ends, which were just fatty, greasy chunks of meat—not what burnt ends are supposed to be. For our entrées, my wife got the smoked wings (which were actually pretty good), and I ordered a brisket sandwich. The wings came out first, and my sandwich didn’t show up for another 10 minutes—and it was cold. That’s not acceptable.
The BBQ sauce is solid, and again, the smoked wings were a highlight. But between the inattentive servers, bartenders who ignore you, and small things like asking for a to-go box and never getting it—this place just doesn’t care about customer experience.
After several visits over the years with the same issues, I’m done giving Westside Smoke any more chances. If you're going to be in the service industry, you have to provide service. Unfortunately, they just don’t.

Walked in to two sweet girls greeting us, warm smiles, answered all of our questions, showed us around, and went above and beyond providing the best customer service last night!!! Tom was our server, and greeted us on the patio with drinks and checked back in, regularly. When we came inside to try out duckpin Bowling, he aided us in the transition inside, and continued touching base with us frequently, offering insight and education on some of the drinks and menu items. 🫶🏼 Even through my indecisiveness, he kept a smile, explained everything, and encouraged our palettes to try something new! Food came quick and was delicious!!I’m sorry if Carol thought the pizza was too greasy, it was the perfect amount for us- and I found my new FAVORITE pizza in town!! The Bacon mac and cheese is fire 🔥 and pairs very nicely with the various meat selections Westside Smoke offers on their menu!! From the moment of arrival, to the moment we left, everything was top-notch!!!
We had an amazing evening, spending one-on-one time with our little man (9), and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Can’t wait to bring the rest of our family. Thank you!!! 👏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🫶🏼

Just ate here for first and last time yesterday. Service was fine but food was not. Pizza was so greasy I was mopping grease off top of each slice of pizza. Also got bacon Mac n Cheese. Dry and flavorless.

15/10! Our daughter has an egg allergy, and this is one of the few places in town where she can eat and have multiple delicious options to choose from. The food, games, drinks, and service were all exceptional! This will definitely become a new regular spot for our family!

Came here with the extended family on Saturday night. Some of us, including myself, are from out of town so we thought this would be a good place for everyone to get together for a few hours. Knowing how busy things can be we made sure to book 3 lanes for duck pin bowling for 1 hour for our group well in advance of arrival. We arrived a little before 5 which was when our lane reservation was for. The group before us was still there and slow leaving the area so we were about 15 minutes late getting set up. No big deal, or so we thought. However, at 5 minutes until 6 pm we were told our time was almost up and we needed to vacate the lanes , however our lanes very clearly said we had several minutes left. Then, with 15 minutes left on the lanes, as noted by the timer on each lane, they shut the lanes off and kicked us out. When I asked staff why this happened they told us it was because another group had the lanes for 6pm. I told them we made a reservation from 5-6 and were on time but they were 15 minutes late setting us up. We were then told sorry, but we had to leave the lanes. I then asked if we could at least get something in return for paying for 3 lanes for 1 hr each since we were being forced off after 45 minutes, I was initially told there was nothing that could be done but they later told me they comped us 1 drink. This seems like a really cool spot for family and friends to get together but if they can’t figure out how to manage these situations they’re going to keep running into these issues.

Changed Recently for the better. If you haven't visited in awhile give it another try. Takeout order took a long time, turns out kitchen didn't make order. Staff did their best to make it right.

Top golf you are not Blono. The golf was a complete joke. Provided clubs included were garage sale garbage irons 4-8 and if you wanted to get a driver from the front desk an additional 10 dollars. You telling me with cars parking down the road you cannot provide a decent set of clubs at your stations. We had a balcony spot for 7 pm.. 5 minutes into being there they they wanted to move us to the ground level because they didn’t have the staff to wait on us upstairs. This was Saturday night mind you. I explained we were not gonna be ordering food and would like to stay where we were at since we had already eaten somewhere else. The looks the staff members gave me after finding out we weren’t there to eat and only golf were beyond pleasant and walked away from us acting pissed off. We ran out of balls 20 minutes into it. That will cost you 13 dollars to get another bucket just so you know in advance. Also the spot we had only recorded about every third hit while trying to play the games. Complete disappointment and would not recommend
