I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken was dry, and no flavor, the lettuce was gritty, just not impressed for the first time ever at this location, my meals from here are spot and delicious, but that waa not the case, i had my first horrible experience yestreday.
These people bailed me out big time. My daughters birthday party was today and I had placed a catering order through Popeyes to which I could not get in contact with Popeyes due to the phone being nothing but busy signal everytime I tried to call and my order never once showed confirmed so I ended up canceling that order on Friday and called bojangles immediately to see if they had catering options because I had never been here before but my kid loves it and the lady was super helpful on the phone walked me through everything and insured me they would have it ready for pick up on Sunday which was 2 days from when I called them. Sent my mom in today on Sunday to pick up the order and she said she had 0 problems and even added on a drink for herself and for my grandma as well as 4 extra biscuits and they had no problems with my mom adding stuff into the order and the total was only $50 something for everything. The food was amazing which I will definitely have to stop in and get me a meal sometime cause now I am hooked and my daughter was super happy with her food at her party. Thank you so much guys for saving her party

First time visiting, food was amazing! The staff is very kind and helpful, the restaurant was very clean. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are big, we will definitely be coming back! The cajon biscuit was amazing!
