This afternoon I met District Manager Zach, Manager Cassidy, Kitchen Manager Camden who by the way educated me on the convenience of utilizing the power strips under the bar for my dead phone, and the best part was Lilly who was bartending and helping multiple tables and training another teammate as I’m so happy I’m back at my hometown Buffalo Wild Wings @ 603 S. Main St. Bloomington Illinois for exceeding expectations to a loyal customer for life!!!

I tried web order, told it failed so called in thr order. Showed up at 7:40 and had to wait till 8:05 for food even though was emailed at 7:30 that food was ready. Web order and call in order both were prepared and were charged, meaning I had 2 full orders. Food cold when recieved, did not give correct sides (short on celery). Very disappointed in my experience.

This visit was an absolute train wreck. Sat down and it was 30 minutes of sitting there to get our drink order in and 3 draft beers delivered...on a Sunday evening when it was only 15-20% full. About 40 minutes after that, we finally got our wings which were fine and typical BWW there. One in our group ordered a dessert of chocolate pan cookie that took almost 20 minutes to get and was only a cookie... no ice cream, whipped cream or chocolate that was supposed to be on it. At that point we were over 2 hours in, getting a little fed up and sent the dessert back. We ended up getting our check another 15 min or so after that. All told, our party of 4 with relatively simple orders were there almost 2 1/2 hours for what should have taken half the time at most. Very bad service, I would avoid at all costs
Food is good per usual. Not sure what is going on with the service. Feels like you’re invisible in there. Kind of funny though

The service was lovely and the server very polite and attentive. The food was mid and, as always, way too expensive and, and i always feel overstimulated here w the 30 tvs on, people talking, music playing, etc. but my kiddos wanted to go, so alas, I caved and went. 3 people. Over $70 including tip. Just not worth it in my opinion.

Me and my sister waited 25 minutes for a server, there were maybe 5 other tables and 6 servers. All of the servers just stood there and stared at us, they walked past us and did nothing. We have been there before and had to wait a little but never this long, the food is good but the customer service is 👎🏻👎🏻
