While at this bk the employees were both not trying to talk to us or come take our order they sat on their phone the entire time and acted like it was a chore to help us and any other customer that came in she was just sitting on her phone and cussed people out some of the time. Her name was Kandrea. Do not recommend coming here would give negative stars if possible

This location just needs to be shut down. The 2 lazy people that work there smoke at the drive through. Foods always terrible,wait time is ridiculous. Tonight they claim they can't make fries or any fried foods because they need to drop new oil at 6:30pm? No pies no nothing had to travel to the better location on Clearwater

Damn this was nasty today. Diet coke not mixing right. potato hash brown where freezer stale. Oil was nasty they were fried in. Sausage was off. Just keeps going down hill never again. I highly recommend not going. You have been warned

Worst service at any restaurant. From KC, and was cussed at and the employee threw my bag of food at me and proceeded to yell at me in front of my child as I drove away. Upon opening his sandwich it was crumbled and loaded with hot sauce. Yes, I'm pursuing this further. I also know plenty of important people around here that either way this will get addressed. Inexcusable and deplorable!

I went in to get food. This place is ghetto. There’s no cook in the back. He’s out in the front on his phone playing music. I placed an order 13 minutes for one whopper… Cash register work come to the side to use the drive-through There was a homeless man taking out the garbage how is corporate allowing this? Will get in touch with them

I have a lot to say. We waited 40 minutes for our order- Drive through. Sunday afternoon. 1-2 staff? The interior was blocked like it was closed. I think it was to dissuade customers. Other times too. I've driven by, seen that and gone somewhere else. Look inside first. Poor staff! The inside needs a- remodel, add kiosks. Update the kitchen. Are they they closing soon? If they cant offer reasonable service they're a poor representation of the brand. Foods good.
Workers are rude and unpleasant, food is rock-hard if they even put it in the bag, and overall a horrible experience. I've had bad experiences here before, but this was the worst! I won't be coming back. Burger King is probably best left in my memories, where I look on them fondly!

This is another another stop on Halloween 2024, I’m just spent 15 minutes sitting in the drive-through for the three days in the inside of the store did not answer. And then stare at me like I’m the one with the issue.

Employee was eating while I ordered, food was falling out of his mouth as he took my order. I should have left. The entire staff went to the adjoining convenience store as I sat eating cold food. They were all very angry about their jobs and I felt uncomfortable complaining. So I just left. I will never be back to this location or any other. Just ridiculous.
