I only go like once a year, always thinking surely staff/management has changed and it'll be better. I'm disappointed everytime. I ordered the spongebob themed meal and two kids meals. We patiently waited 35 minutes in the drive thru, kids were really antsy. They finally bring out our meals and miss 4 different items. Employees were indifferent about the entire situation. Food was way overpriced, felt like stuff I could find at the grocery store and heat up in the oven.

So - undercooked fries. Couldn’t get a medium drink because no lids. So they gave us small fries and large drink? And not sure we were charged correctly. Will avoid in the future

The food was just pretty much average. Nothing crazy. Yeah this is getting dropped to a 1 star. I got an eggnormous burrito and all i have to say is pathetic. How is this burrito going to cost almost 6 dollars with barely any egg some hash browns and I paid for extra bacon and didnt even get it. The fact that a lighter is half the size of the eggs in the burrito is ridiculous. For some reason it wont let me post my picture however im tired of paying for something im not getting

Made an order for pickup through the drive through tonight and the dude on the drive through was very nice and polite! My order was 100% correct and they even gave me an extra fry :) I felt bad for coming 40 minutes before close but still received excellent service! Thank you BK!

There was three cars in front of me and they got taken care of and I was told to wait a couple minutes which makes sense so I waited in the drive-through at the speaker for 15 minutes and saw no cars nothing so I got tired and pulled towards where the drive-through windows were and there was no cars and I said hello and everything at the speaker and no one answered so I don’t know what they’re doing.

I ordered 2 double whoppers with cheese only got 2 single patties and no cheese... totally wasn't my way... reasons why I stopped going to fast food. Over priced and never get my orders made correctly. I'm always very polite and patient. It was atleast made fresh so I appreciate that atleast.

I just noticed that I DID get my BOGO chicken fries. They were just all in one package. My bad. But still on a delivery order you MUST add in things like straws and spoons when the order calls for it. I ordered a shake and a Dr. Pepper. I got NO straws. No spoon. And I'm pretty sure this is Coke. Not DP. Come on folks, help a guy out?

Chicken sandwich seemed like it was sitting out for about an hour. Fries were warm. Went through drive thru, sitting for 10 minutes, parked and went inside to get my food. Never eating there again
