My family and friends have stopped coming to this location all together. orders are always wrong- drive thru or dine in don't bother with drive thru you'll end up inside anyways and wait extremely long too. But it's rarely cleaned up so still plan for take out. Staff always seem like they hate their lives, always seem fully staffed when I have went. Food has been burnt, burgers (meat and non meat) They get pissed when you come in for the correct items too.
Just wild to spend $20 or so for a meal and you have to account for an extra 30mins at least, due to service issues.

I will never return here again I got a number one with onion rings and a drink and there was all kinds of pubic hair and some kind of white chunky stuff on the meat of my burger the bun look like it was crushed and somebody's hand and halfway burnt onion rings for soggy almost wet like it was very disgusting I'm glad I saw the pubic hairs before I took a bite of my food and then I decided to check my food this is one of the grossest places I've been to in a very long time 🤢🤮😡🤬

i got there at about 445 fri night in drivethrow and they said just a moment 10 mins later they took my order i just thoth they were buss in side i paid for and pull up to the next window and looked inside and there was nobody in there no customers inside i got my food at 5;20 the time on the box said 5;09 i thought it was fast food i gess its should be called slow food i do not know what they were doing in there but it was not getting my food thats 30 mins to get 1double wopper i think there is a realy problem at this store

I only go like once a year, always thinking surely staff/management has changed and it'll be better. I'm disappointed everytime. I ordered the spongebob themed meal and two kids meals. We patiently waited 35 minutes in the drive thru, kids were really antsy. They finally bring out our meals and miss 4 different items. Employees were indifferent about the entire situation. Food was way overpriced, felt like stuff I could find at the grocery store and heat up in the oven.

So - undercooked fries. Couldn’t get a medium drink because no lids. So they gave us small fries and large drink? And not sure we were charged correctly. Will avoid in the future

The food was just pretty much average. Nothing crazy. Yeah this is getting dropped to a 1 star. I got an eggnormous burrito and all i have to say is pathetic. How is this burrito going to cost almost 6 dollars with barely any egg some hash browns and I paid for extra bacon and didnt even get it. The fact that a lighter is half the size of the eggs in the burrito is ridiculous. For some reason it wont let me post my picture however im tired of paying for something im not getting

Made an order for pickup through the drive through tonight and the dude on the drive through was very nice and polite! My order was 100% correct and they even gave me an extra fry :) I felt bad for coming 40 minutes before close but still received excellent service! Thank you BK!
