Review written 11/14/2025. They had 3 month old expired bottled drinks stocked in the cooler that were 3 months past expiration.
Also they were unable to print a receipt showing the gallons etc after I got gas; this should be standard at a gas station. I am a rideshare driver and need these receipts for tax purposes.
Also, they only offer basic unleaded at the pump (see photo) and also they have a light with a laser warning for your eyes at the pump (see photo) .
Just overall outdated gas station and pumps.

Wish I got the gentleman's name. He was very helpful with me and my granddaughter. In the early morning The hot chocolate wasn't working. He came right around and refilled. Then made sure we got what we needed! I have had very bad experience there in the past when visiting. So glad they are getting good help! Thank you 😊

This Casey’s is a great location for refueling, filling your tires with air, and finding delicious food. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the food choices are superb. You really can’t beat a wonderful pizza slice and a refreshing soft drink. This location is near other excellent destinations in Normal, Illinois. Stop in!

We used to love their taco pizza. Now crust is too doughy and undercooked. A big disappointment! When order is placed by phone it's automated so couldn't even ask for crispy, well done crust.

Honestly if I could I would give -stars... the store is always dirty, nothing is stocked, fountain machine is always out of something. The staff are not friendly, most of the time you walk in they don't even acknowledge you. The last time I went in, there were boxes of product everywhere, no large cup lids, no mountain dew, no sweet tea, the cups were still in the package sitting on the counter... informed the cashier the mountain dew was out and he said, "oh well" then proceeded to walk away. When I went up to the register, the same guy once again turned and walked away only to return to the register in a few moments. The BEST EMPLOYEE EVER, Frank, was fired. He was the whole reason I went to this Casey's... now I drive 3 miles from my house to get soda, cigarettes, and snacks... BRING FRANK BACK AND FIRE EVERYONE ELSE!!! WORST STORE EVER, I WOULD NOT STOP AT THIS PLACE FOR ANY REASON!!!

I went here on 10/22 around 8:45pm, and I note the time and date so management here can look up the guy and gal working the kitchen at the time because THEY WERE SO COOL AND GOOD TO ME. For real, give these two a raise. Their dynamic, the small talk they made with me, and their attitude were enough to make me want to work at this Casey's, and this is coming from someone with two jobs already! They made me a couple of those pumpkin shaped pizzas, which looked divine and special by the way. The guy, who had sort of a warm Post Malone swag, commented on how he thought I would probably be the most popular guy at the Halloween party I went to because of the pumpkin pizzas they lovingly crafted for me. He wasn't wrong, people loved them, and I told them the tale of the dynamic duo working the kitchen at the time. These two were makin' it happen and they absolutely made my day. Whoever reads this, please make sure they know and find out about how their excellence was noticed and appreciated.-Jack P
