The mac and cheese was said to have creamy sauce when it was just Mac and a sprinkle of cheese.

We have been missing items the last 5 times we have went. Twice I made it all the way home so now I try and quickly check it. Today not only was I missing an entire meal (noticed before leaving thank goodness) but then I noticed as I was driving home that they gave us the wrong drinks (sorry Jennifer-name on holder). While I know mistakes happen (that’s what I chalked it up to the first two times) I think some training needs to happen. I can’t justify spending that amount of money and not receiving what I ordered (not to mention my home is all the way across town and having three hangry children waiting is a big inconvenience). Chick-fil-A has been our go to for a long time (check my member status) but right now it’s not feeling worth the time. 😔

I love Chick Fil A but the last 2 times were very disappointing. A couple weeks ago I ordered a Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich and received a Chick Fil A Deluxe Sandwich. Got back to work snd realized it was wrong and did not have time to go back. Ended up throwing it away and not eating. Then today I ordered the same thing and no bacon on the sandwich. I feel like some more training needs to be done with the employees. A lady came
over to our table and asked how things were. I let her know. She did get the bacon but kinda blew us off. I understand mistakes are made but either way the cost of food I hope to get what I pay for. For my husband and I it was almost $25.00 just for lunch.

Very friendly and professional staff. Very delicious and fresh food. There is always a line, but it moves fast. I've never had an order messed up. I love the fact they never ask for a tip unlike anywhere else these days, yet the service is so much better.
I had to have them remake a simple sandwich 4 times and I gave up bc they didn't get it right. That being said the cook may have had an off day. I have been ordering several times a month, we love their fries. I haven't ordered in over a month bc the last few times the fries are crispy and almost burnt. They are not the beloved fires. I called and found out they changed their fries and adjusted the heat of the oil to make them crispy. I need to take a moment of silence for the void that chik filet will leave in my life. Culver's fries will hopefully never let me down.
