Very friendly and professional staff. Very delicious and fresh food. There is always a line, but it moves fast. I've never had an order messed up. I love the fact they never ask for a tip unlike anywhere else these days, yet the service is so much better.

I have shopped at chick-fil-A in Normal Illinois for several years now with no complaints, and I would not be writing this review if not for repeated mistakes with our orders. Over the last several months, when we purchase the hash brown scramble bowls, all we get is eggs.
We have specifically told our order taker, in the drive thru, exactly what we want in our bowls (eggs, hash browns, cheese, no meat). For some reason we only get eggs. Is there some reason for this?...
