Their customer service for delivery customers is absolutely abysmal. Their phone number just leads to a phone tree that doesn't allow any way to talk to a person, and just keeps directing you to the automated chat on their website. (There also doesn't seem to be any way to talk to an actual person through their website). The automated chat bot's "resolution" to an entire meal being incorrect was a code for a free entree. But to USE that free entree required spending at lead $10 (before tax and fees) on stuff before they would even deliver it. Altogether, fixing the order they messed up cost $20. Do not get delivery from Chiptole.

The service was amazing, workers treated me with kindness and respect. Also it was very clean, the lobby and drink station looked spotless. Definitely recommend to anyone.
I had got to the store and could see that it was busy. Understandable, they’re the only chipotle open past 10pm. I placed the order asking it to be done at 10:10pm. I got there at 10:14 and it still wasn’t ready. At 10:20 my order was ready but she told me that they were out of guacamole and the vinaigrette. again I understand you’re busy but I didn’t get offered a refund for either the guacamole or vinaigrette instead I just got queso. When arriving home with the order we started eating and my significant other found a hair in his beans. I am super dissatisfied with my visit tonight.
