Couple things wrong when I walked through the door the man who made my bowl, dropped some rice on the counter, and then swiped it back into the container he was serving out of.. I went ahead and went through with my order when I got to the end the gal asked me if I was all done with the order I said can I get a large drink she said yes come to find out she knew the ice was not working.. And still charged me.. Erumm I had to go w a fridge drink as a replacement 🥲. Went to grab silverware and there was a little plastic cup on top of the silverware.. 🦠On my way out the trash was absolutely packed the tables were dirty with food. The place was just gross.. Had to wash my hands and not think about the experience before I ate.. I gave it a second change with an exceptional amount of time I will not be coming back to this location..

Chipotle… we need to talk. I got my carne asada burrito today, took the first bite, and immediately entered a spiritual battle. That steak was so godly chewy it felt like I was biting through a leather belt blessed by Zeus himself. I gave it a solid effort, thinking the next bite would be better… nope. Half of it went down my throat, the other half refused to leave my mouth like it had rent due. I ended up pulling the steak out of my throat like I was fishing for my dignity.
It was absolutely disgusting, traumatizing even, but here’s the thing… we’ve been through too much, Chipotle. You’ve fed me through heartbreaks, long days, and gym cravings. So despite our near-death experience today, I’m still giving you 5 stars.

This location seemed great for months until recently. My last online order that I asked for light rice was 3/4 rice, barely 4 pieces of carnita and forgot the chipotle ranch I paid extra for. To make matters worst this was on my free entree that took FOREVER to earn. The AI chatbot in the app offered me chips and guac for their mistake. Never again.

From out of town and was excited to try chipotle for the first time! It’s no where near the city me and my significant other live in, the customer service was awful! super rude and rushed through the line even when there was only 1 person behind us. The second we left the line whomever was working it went right on his phone wearing the same gloves he used to serve the food. All of the dining room tables were dirty with food and trash on them. The food was mid par but had little to no options. Overall disappointed! Mostly disappointed in the customer service here! Not one person smiled or was even remotely friendly! If you don’t want to work in customer service then don’t. I don’t like feeling like I forced you to do your job.

The dining area is a mess. Nearly all tables and chairs need to be wiped down, garbage overflowing, food and napkins all over the floor. Maybe that is not priority when it gets busy, but it should be considered for your dining in guest.

Staff on Monday April 21st at 3:00pm was very rude and aggressive for no apparent reason. was not familiar with terms and conditions for a promotion and was completely disrespected for it. never have had to make one of these kinds of reviews 👎
Went in to pick up my order to go. My meal was supposed to be ready at 6:40. I sat waiting for a while but nothing. While looking around there were many people waiting to get pick up orders. It was pretty busy. Not to be rude but it was a mess. Even the counter where you pay was covered in food. It took everything in me not to go up and ask for napkins to wipe down the counter that was right in front of my face. I finally went up to ask and they said I was next up. I finally walked out at 7:10. When I got home my husband started eating and there was a giant bay leaf in his food. Yum. We usually go to the one on south main and never have any problems.

Worst, most flavorless chipotle I’ve ever had. Cold, flavorless chicken, cold, flavorless fajita veggies, and they gave me the wrong salsa. The service was very fast though.
