The worst experience go to a different Chipotle in town than this one. We go in, there is no line when we get up there about 4 to 5 employees are near the lettuce but its seems to be a struggle that they take our order. We start ordering btw keep in mind it is 6:30pm peak dinner time and they are out of veggies at both stations. We get home start eating our meal and the rice is crunchy. I repeat go to a different Chipotle in town they are way better than this location.

They weren't very busy though it was a little difficult to get into the parking lot due to Chick-fil-A. They were very kind and had good customer service. The food was fast and hot. It also kept warm pretty well for my 30 minute drive.

Normally a family favorite, but the past two visits our food has not been palatable. It's as if the recipe calls for a tablespoon of salt and a cup was added instead. Could not identify which portion of the ingredients were over salted. Would be a valuable conversation with the prep team. Our visits were spaced two month apart so there seems to be a trend, both at dinner time. Hope this helps! We'd like to keep eating here but can't justify spending money on a meal that the family won't eat.

I got a bowl and everything was SALTY like straight salt . Itâs like they took the whole salt shaker and dumped it into the food no exaggeration. Iâm not sure if it was the rice or what but it made the bowl inedible . When I tried to call to let them know about my unsatisfactory meal , I couldnât even get over to the store ! Go here if you want high blood pressure .

I remember the days when quality service was something businesses thrived for. This place was absolutely horrible. The employees were very rude and sloppy. The food was horrible, the rice was hard cold meat. The corn salsa had the hot sauce mixed in. Took my bowl in to get a refund and they refused due to it being eaten out of. They cleanliness of this place was also horrible. Every single table dirty! The work bench was sooo sloppy. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I would of given no stars. It was filthy in this restaurant. The rice was raw. One of their toilets was so clogged it was like overflowing. No ice, no napkins, no chips. No clean tables to sit at

I got a bowl and it cost like twenty dollars which yâall have to admit is egregious for one meal. But I was fine with paying it bc this is the food I wanted to eat. I got to my car and tried the chips and they were stale. I went in and asked a worker if I could have another bag, and he grabbed me one and then told me âthe chips are made fresh every single dayâ and the tone kinda felt like he didnât believe me that they were stale? Well anyway I tried the new bag he gave me and they are stale too. Donât really feel like going back in but now I feel robbed! So yeah I guess all your chips are stale ? will not be back

Never go to this location past 9:00pm in the evening. They serve all their food out of plastic bags so they donât have to clean the trays later and theyâre doing more cleaning than they are serving. If the corporate office is reading this, you should just shut the building down at 9pm because all theyâre doing is cleaning anyway.
