Food is good but the cleanliness needs to be top priority. I have never been to a place with that much food in the tables and all over the floor. We wanted to sit down and the couple sitting down before us had to wipe down the table so we could sit. My sister tried to get one of the drinks that comes out of the single containers and it was out. Fine maybe they need to restock it. Nope they don't want to help. "What do you want me to do about that." Uhhh maybe fill it or tell me you don't have any more of it. Finally the manager stepped up and took charge and starting cleaning but that restaurant shouldn't be that gross. Get it together

I've never been to a dirtier chipotle in my life! Every single table has cheese and stuck on food. Every single chair in the entire restaurant is dirty with food and crumbs on it. The garbage cans are overflowing and people are putting garbage on the floor next to it. The bathroom has all over the floortoilets are disgusting. The sink are gross. The checkout counter has not been cleaned and looks like it's been a while since it got a cleaning. They're stuck on food and cheese and grease smudges all over it. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like! Yuck.

This place is going to shutdown soon, received worst bowl consecutive times, are you guys cooking rice or just serving raw? Taste like eating plastic. The frustrating thing is you don’t even have customer service, when I try to call it goes to automated call and it just ask to place order, place order. Never going to order chipotle again.You guys will shut down soon, you basically charged 20$ for a piece of ……I will definitely take time to promote about this place and save people from eating disgusting meals.I might sound rude but waited for 3 consecutive orders it getting worse each time.

It’s nasty as hell in there. Food on floors behind the counters, on tables. I know for a fact my stomach gonna hurt after eating this food because if it’s nasty as ever in their makes me think about the condition of the food they are preparing for us. They boasting loud hood music and have the nerve to have an attitude because I say wipe the counters off your not about to drag my food on that nasty counter top with cheese meat and then there’s cross contamination because there’s meat in the cheese, meat in veggies rice. Y’all need to do better cause next imma take pics and call corporate cause this is ridiculous

Just came in. No white rice, no chips. Long line, behind on at least 5 online orders. Girl at the register was shoving food at people. Food spilled everywhere. Waited 20-30 minutes for the online order we made.

I did a pickup order and it was a very bad experience. My burrito was wrapped extremely poorly and barely filled. I went up to complained and the person talked down to me. I really don't like to complain but I felt like they were extremely rude to me. The place was out of almost every ingredient which they did not communicate on the app so they decided to substitute ingredients. It was also very dirty in the restraint. Very disappointed all in all.

I always order 4 bowls with guacamole, sour cream and red sauce on the side and they never charge me extra for it. But today there was a lazy dude working and he was really lazy to fill those sides so he said we will charge you extra for it and that really sucks. They make their own rules and the service sucks. Never had a problem but today the guy was something else. Please stay home and find something else to do in life if you can’t give good customers service.

I’ve had really bad luck the last few times I’ve been here waiting 20-30 minutes past the pickup time without my order even being started yet and getting a refund a leaving. Chick-fil-A next door can get your order done in less than 5 minutes and they have 50x as many customers at any given moment so there’s really just no excuse.

Went to chipotle today and ordered a burrito, dude gave me barely even a half a scoop of chicken and I asked for a little more and he said so double and I said NO a little more. Then said no that’s a healthy scoop of chicken. Very sick of this chipotle, terrible customer service.

I hadn’t been to this location for years and I remember why. The lobby was completely trashed and the servíce was TERRIBLE. The queso was thick and tasted like powder. I took one bite and threw it away. I did not receive the toppings I asked for.I always feel like a herd of cattle being yelled at and pushed through the line at lightning speed. Everything is shoved in a to-go bag even if you’re dining in. There goes another $60 down the drain. I will not return!

I almost always get the chicken burrito bowl but they really didn’t give me a lot of chicken and it was all cold, I got takeout not delivery so I was surprised how cold it was.
