I asked the server how much was one scoop of sorbet on a small waffle cone and rather than tell me the price she prepared it and gave it to me in my hand then charged me $9.95. I even questioned the price and she said that was the price. I felt so ripped off and pissed and would not have paid for the purchase of the small sorbet single cone if I didn't have it in my hand. I will never buy there again. Over inflated price and poor customerservice at the Culver City store. I even took a picture of the small scoop of sorbet and sent it to a friend because I couldn't believe the price of a small single scoop of sorbet on a child size waffle cone. Do better Cold Stone.

Review written 10/15/2024, went there yesterday and male employee who seemed like the owner, did not give a spoon with the ice cream and there were no spoons within reach so I had to ask. You’d think if you owned an ice cream shop you’d have spoons out for customers. I don’t think I had ever had to ask for a spoon for ice cream in my life until yesterday. Overall atmosphere of him and the woman cleaning was not very nice. She had earbuds in and didn’t interact with me as the customer at all and he seemed bored with the interaction. Also the one sole topping I wanted was frosting and they had no frosting even though it showed frosting available on the online ordering for this location. I went to redeem a $5 reward and I regret using it on this purchase.

The one who called herself the manager and her mom was very rude to me. They don’t seem to care about customer service and treating people right. They seem to be more concern with taking your money and sending you on your way. Very entitled individuals.

Arrived at 11:10, waited for 20 minutes. Online says open at 11 yet by 11:30 the lights were still off and the door was locked. No sign posted of hour change and no notice online. wouldn’t have drove all the way here if we would have know it would be such a waste. very disappointed.

I am currently sitting outside cold stone and it’s 11:22 am and still no one is here to open store. They are supposed to open at 11 and I’ve been here since 11:05. This is not ok I understand a couple minutes past 11am but not almost 30 min later.
