Got to be honest, when the food is good it's really good but when it's not good it's just not. Hit or miss for sure on quality. I had a bad experience with over cooked food and missing items the second visit, and customer service reached out to me to give me a code for a replacement meal that didn't work. When I reached out (twice) to let them know, well let's just say I haven't heard from them since and it's been over a month.

My daughter and I come here regularly for the tasty, fresh food. The kids power plate has been a great way to get my daughter to start loving to eat vegetables. The staff are always kind and extra patient as I have my 4 year old tell them which ingredients she wants in her bowl. I love coming here. The food is always good, the ingredients are always fresh, and the staff are always so kind. Dwayne always makes a point to greet us by name, and that makes a difference!

Horrible atmosphere for such a lovely Sunday. The young lady that helped serve me was rude and had a bad attitude about my gluten allergy. She stated that NOTHING was gluten free and when I double checked, she angrily got the manger who finally told me everything was gluten free except for one corner. There was only one welcoming person, and she checked us out. Everyone else there was rude or dismissive, which is NOT great when dealing with gluten sensitive people. Those are things that need to be paid attention to in the food industry. I’m overall very disappointed for my first time going to core life.

Food was ok, the girl taking our order seemed a little put out by looking into our allergies, but one of the other girls was really helpful. Most of the tables needed to be cleaned as there were food particles on the tops and chairs, so it took us a few tries.

I was eating a taco and felt a bad crunch. I spit up my food and it was very hard “plastic” but it seemed more like a glass material. Brought it up front and one employee was very helpful until the main lady (possibly manager??? Idk) came up and said it was just a piece of fork kind of blaming me. I had a taco and didn’t use a fork. They took what I showed them and threw it away. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t in others food. They didn’t both to check the food just incase. Very upset because I am a regular here and it’s one of my favorite places. Will not be visiting again. Maybe they should take these concerns more serious? Would check you food before eating it. Horrible service.
It’s really annoying when I pull to up this restaurant just to find out they closed 3 hours early today because of the Super Bowl? I don’t understand what that has to do with staying open until 8pm like the hours posted on their website. Disappointed is an understatement.
