Most of the cookies and other desserts are good. Some of them can be a little bland or overwhelming and I do understand the “undercooked cookie” but it also is just butter making it very moist
Food is great, fantastic even. The store smells amazing and it’s usually very clean. Just the people are a little off, they always seem very tired and they speak like a robot with pre-programmed questions and responses.
Super friendly staff and easy ordering process. We loved the music playing while we waited. We all started to dance and it was such a fun experience for our family to see employees dancing while working. Made the whole experience so amazing for my kids.
