I went into Diamonds on Rabb Road and the attendant never greeted me upon arrival and never cleaned any of the machines, when I put in to redeem some points I sat at the machine waiting for the attendant to bring me the paperwork and my money and this lady yelled across the room that I needed to come to the desk to get my money. After I told her that I frequent this place and none of the attendants ever yelled across the room they usually come to the machine and bring the clipboard for me to sign and put the money in the machine. She acted as if she was mad because she had to get up and move around. When her relief arrived at 6pm she began to tell her how sick she was. As I was listening to her talking I’m thinking to myself how unfair it was for her to come to work and make money for a job she’s not doing. I sent an email to the manager but have yet to receive a response so I can only believe that this behavior is unacceptable by management.

The facilities are very nice and clean. Some of the staff are kind and answer any questions you may have. I love all the promotions they offer and would recommend Lacey's to anyone looking to have a fun time!

I was walking home from work, so I still had my work stuff. The attendant said I couldn't bring a bag. So she said I had to leave it outside. I offered to leave it outside as she said, but asked if I could roll up the shade, so I could physically see my bag. This way no one can just walk away with my things. Then she started to raise her voice at me saying that I can't open the window shade so I could see my bag and threatened to call the police on me. I've spent thousands in this place this year and got treated like a criminal because I followed what she asked and wanted to still be able to see my things outside. The people that work here are terrible. You're better off going to the many other places in town that offer better service. In response to the owner: well they did, there were 3 other witnesses and I'm sure it's caught on camera. How about taking accountability for your employee's actions instead of dismissing my concern. I have no interest in spending any more energy on this since it's clear you condone the behavior.

I think they are poor business. They always have machines reserved for people that are not even there that is not okay management really need to look into this and really need to stop this.

Very distasteful and as we as a group watched from the SPOT on rabb across it looked as itvwas being run like a hooligans clubhouse and drug hangout. Your staff was very unprofessional rude and if you review your videos footage you will the thbe loss of not only income but how your regular patrons are treated by poorly chosen staff as in a 1 Mr Corey Elmore! I hope you can restore the integrity of your establishment and regain the atmosphere your store front once had prior your the employment of such blemishes of the work force and community!

The owners of this place are absolute jokes. They literally have no clue how to run a business. Treat there employees awful as well as customers. Also beware of the food, cut every corner to pass health inspection.
