I ordered an hour before coming to pick it up and somehow, maybe by convenience, our order wasn’t being made until we came in. I understand, as a fast casual worker, how this could be the case. BUT as I personally have done the work of three of the workers I witnessed in there, this is unacceptable. Get it together, get better management, I don’t know what else to tell you, especially after having the time in store to look at the order screens. AN HOUR was plenty of time. And you forgot my sauces that I had to go back in for. You never know who’s ordering and is coming in your store, so don’t piss off somebody who understands what was going on. Only reason for the review.

Order was placed outside hotel door with no notice it had been delivered. Cold before I actually received it. I never or contact less for this reason.

Ordered at 12:20 AM and received the wrong order. Called immediately and was told they’d throw the right ones in the oven. The corrected order showed up 2 min after closing and the driver threw it into the snow, not even on the porch. To top it off, the bread bites were basically raw dough. If you can’t do it right the first time, at least don’t make it worse the second time lmao.

They had 2 employees working on a Saturday afternoon. It took them 45 minutes to even start working on my order because they were busy. I also called the store 3 times while I was waiting and nobody picked up the phone. Management needs to either hire more employees or have more in the store at one time. This is just sad

Today I have ordered pizza and bread bites for lunch and they made it very dry and the pizza base also very bad and we including kids couldn’t eat at all . 40 $ waste

I tried to send a text and called not once but twice and asked if they can send enough change for a hundred dollar bill and was told they can't do that I even asked to be taken to the store so I can pay the bill which was about 35.00 with the tip which would have been good and almost 50.00 but it was still a NO and the workers got a good meal tonight and I a disabled person got nothing to eat for the night ty so very much for nothing

Dominos post COVID has gone down the tubes. Asked for extra cheese and this is what I got. This fresh pizza looked like it had been sitting for three hours. Asked the manager Samantha what she could do about it and her only offer was that she measured things out. With customer satisfaction a clear priority for them, they will do amazing (sarcasm). Either way, between the brain dead managers, lousy customer service at Pizza locations and terrible tasting pizza, it was nice knowing you Domino's. I'm off to Casey's, because somehow even gas station pizza tastes way better than this cardboard you are trying to pass off as pizza.
