Came in for ice coffee everything we get one the taste is off never any flavor sugar or anything, but this time we got served an old ice coffee the ice was melted and it just tasted old. Absolutely disgusting and it's every time. We've stopped going here.

I got food poisoning after eating the Breakfast Egg & Cheese Croissant Sandwich, I had this food poisoning for 2 days, Would not recommend going here if you don't want food poisoning.

I love the drinks, haven't tried the food yet so can't say much about it, and I love their inside as well. One thing I would recommend, which is what so many people get angry about and for some reason, you're oblivious to see, is that when we ask for light ice, the cup is half full of ice which i would call normal amount and when we say nothing about the ice, it's almost always full of ice thus leaving no coffee/drink to even have and when we take the first drink with either circumstance, it tastes like pure water with barely any flavor. I'm not gonna step it up any further than this unless the employees or anyone else wants to but it's something that needs to be considered. And I'll end it with this question. Would you rather have your customers be satisfied and you get more money or have your customers not want to visit your store and have you loose more money?
I ordered iced matcha latte (LIGHT ICE). When I received my drink It's like they put extra ice in it, especially they didn't even put enough matcha in it. It's like they tried to top it off with ice to make it look like they filled it to the top. This is not exceptable and I'm speaking from a managers standpoint. I would not allow my employees to half ass service to my customer's just for this reason alone. Not blowing smoke up anyone's ass but in 9 sips I finished my matcha latte!!!

All the money I spent for garbage food. Hash browns were all mushy and greasy. Microsoft was burnt how do you burn a croissant. Don't look like the ads. Drink was ok nothing extra. Never again.

Every time I go which, I go almost daily they get my order wrong!! Even when I order on the app!!! They give me a small when I order a medium, alway forget the cold foam, forget to put hasbrowns in the bag… I always try and give them another chance thinking they will get it right… nope ! Done with this store!! 😡
