Done going here. Constantly inconsistent lattes and iced coffees. Have to have most re made. Espresso machine doesn't work properly. Lattes taste like milk. Save your money. Mahomet & Rantoul Dunkins are always consistent. I've never had to send a coffee back.

Someone wrote on a cup when I went through with my boyfriend, but a man handed him the drinks.. not sure if you write hearts and notes on the cups now, but I went almost daily and never had that happen before. Can you tell your workers not to flirt with the customers if that’s the case?? Thanks.

Drive through takes 5+ minutes to churn put each order, so a relatively short line will leave you stuck for 30 minutes. My coffee this morning tastes more like water than coffee. I dont expect the workers to be in a chipper mood necessarily but they arent welcoming at all.
