“I love the drinks, haven't tried the food yet so can't say much about it, and I love their inside as well. One thing I would recommend, which is what so many people get angry about and for some reason, you're oblivious to see, is that when we ask for light ice, the cup is half full of ice which i would call normal amount and when we say nothing about the ice, it's almost always full of ice thus leaving no coffee/drink to even have and when we take the first drink with either circumstance, it tastes like pure water with barely any flavor. I'm not gonna step it up any further than this unless the employees or anyone else wants to but it's something that needs to be considered. And I'll end it with this question. Would you rather have your customers be satisfied and you get more money or have your customers not want to visit your store and have you loose more money?“
