I can understand why this place has low ratings. The line was out to the road. Each car was sitting for 5-6 minutes a piece at least. I mistakingly ordered in the app thinking it would be quick and easy. Sat here for a good 20 minutes before I could even get to the speaker. Then another 20 before I got to the window. I understand being busy but this is just beyond ridiculous. If I would have known, I would have gone to a different one. I’m from out of town and had no idea. not to mention because I placed a mobile order my food was sitting there for 35 minutes and it was cold and soggy

Stopped in for a coffee and donuts at 6:30pm, waited for 5 minutes while 3 workers cleaned. Asked what time do they closed, boy working says 9:00… finally asked to take our order and asked for a hot coffee and hot latte. He said they won’t make any hot drinks because the machines have been cleaned. Also no donuts, at all…. Never stopping there again

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Dunkin’. I ordered a hot coffee, and as I was finishing it, I felt something strange at the bottom. It turned out to be a huge bug. I had already taken a sip before realizing what it was, which was disgusting and honestly made me feel sick.

This location is pretty decent. But in their ice coffee, (i.e , large regular coffee with just cream), they put twice the cream as anyone else else in town....such that you almost taste the coffee 🙄.
This past month this place has really turn around. In the past, i used to get a messed up drink literally every time-but now my drinks are 99% correct and the employees are all very kind & sweet!!. Theyre also a lot quicker and efficient than they used to be. Thank you for being consistent!!

Ordered a cookie butter cold brew. Got to the window and the associate is tried to hand me an iced coffee I said that’s not what I ordered. The associate said “oh, we are out of the cookie foam didn’t think you would mind if you got something else” seriously?! And then he wouldn’t refund me so I paid almost $6 for an ice coffee.

Save yourself the time and money and skip this place. I placed an order through the app, expecting it to be “faster,” but still ended up waiting around 30 minutes for just two items. I sat down at the only table available and it was dirty, sugar everywhere and garbage on it. The quality of the food itself was disappointing: the bagel was so tough it was barely chewable I threw about half of it away. and the lemonade was watered down by the melted ice by the time I finally got it. I even had to pick up my order myself because no one bothered to call out when it was ready. My friend’s sandwich was also burnt, so we ended up just asking for a refund. They were also out of the donut she had ordered and the bacon strips she also ordered were HALFWAY cooked. Stop hiring kids at this location do better.

The person that took our order was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there and basically took it out on the customers. They had also finished 3 other walk in orders while we were waiting for something that they had actually forgotten to do, which took about 2 minutes to complete by the way. Not a fan.

This is actually the worst service I've ever seen. 30 minute wait in drive thru for my partner to get their coffee, was cold, and 10 more to get a BURNT, COLD PIECE OF TOAST. Half coated in avocado, none of the bacon we paid for. We heard them yelling at each other to make it, can't imagine what the inside atmosphere was like, bet it's closed. Awful, horrible crew that NEEDS to be managed or fired. Burnt toast and no bacon FOR 12 DOLLARS
