This location is pretty decent. But in their ice coffee, (i.e , large regular coffee with just cream), they put twice the cream as anyone else else in town....such that you almost taste the coffee đ.

This past month this place has really turn around. In the past, i used to get a messed up drink literally every time-but now my drinks are 99% correct and the employees are all very kind & sweet!!. Theyre also a lot quicker and efficient than they used to be. Thank you for being consistent!!

Ordered a cookie butter cold brew. Got to the window and the associate is tried to hand me an iced coffee I said thatâs not what I ordered. The associate said âoh, we are out of the cookie foam didnât think you would mind if you got something elseâ seriously?! And then he wouldnât refund me so I paid almost $6 for an ice coffee.

Save yourself the time and money and skip this place. I placed an order through the app, expecting it to be âfaster,â but still ended up waiting around 30 minutes for just two items. I sat down at the only table available and it was dirty, sugar everywhere and garbage on it. The quality of the food itself was disappointing: the bagel was so tough it was barely chewable I threw about half of it away. and the lemonade was watered down by the melted ice by the time I finally got it. I even had to pick up my order myself because no one bothered to call out when it was ready. My friendâs sandwich was also burnt, so we ended up just asking for a refund. They were also out of the donut she had ordered and the bacon strips she also ordered were HALFWAY cooked. Stop hiring kids at this location do better.

The person that took our order was rude and clearly didnât want to be there and basically took it out on the customers. They had also finished 3 other walk in orders while we were waiting for something that they had actually forgotten to do, which took about 2 minutes to complete by the way. Not a fan.

This is actually the worst service I've ever seen. 30 minute wait in drive thru for my partner to get their coffee, was cold, and 10 more to get a BURNT, COLD PIECE OF TOAST. Half coated in avocado, none of the bacon we paid for. We heard them yelling at each other to make it, can't imagine what the inside atmosphere was like, bet it's closed. Awful, horrible crew that NEEDS to be managed or fired. Burnt toast and no bacon FOR 12 DOLLARS

Not worth it. They can't serve in any sort of timely matter. Didn't take an order for 15 minutes straight in drive through, then received coffee that tasted like straight garbage. Never again.

I love dunkin and i used to order all the time before the remodel but i had stopped because the service was so poor. Every time they would forget something and when i would ask for it, they would tell me they were out but wouldnât offer a refund for the item or even a replacement. Also i would put in an order through the app and i would give them 40min because i know how busy they are and i would get there and it still would not be done. I would have to wait for another 20min however, anyone walking in or in the drive through get theirs right away. I would look in the back and a couple people would be on their phones laughing and not helping while i was STILL waiting. I ordered after the remodel and it was still the same experience AND double charged. Maybe instead of working on the LOOK of the store, work on the people that run it.

Me and my sister just had the best experience! They were really kind like extremely kind. One of those experiences that happen in the end of a really good indie film.
