We got through the pandemic. But sometimes now there is only one person behind the register doing everything. I get labor costs went up but really. One time there was a group of 3. 2 cooking and one manager type. We had pre-ordered our meal and they had only started it when I got there and there was no one else in the place. Think we've had enough and won't be going back.The grilled cheese has gone down in both consistency and taste. When you have a vegetarian in the family and that is all they eat and they don't like it anymore what to do?Last time the fries were overcooked. Who on earth thinks that serving obviously overcooked fries is something to give to a customer? They should have thrown out the batch and apologized for the delay. Instead, we got a bag of inedible fries we ended up throwing out. May as well have taken a $5 bill and tossed it in the garbage.

I've been to this location several times and to Five Guys at several other locations. The food is always consistent location to location. In my recent visit, they were slow but completely slammed. There was not a single table open, and several people were standing and waiting. I'm NOT complaining about the speed at all. I know they cook everything to order. What was life changing, though, were the fries. I don't know what the difference was, but the fries were super crispy and phenomenal. I have always had floppy, soggy fries from other locations. Even if I got fries like these once out of every 10 visits, I wouldn't be sad.

The ONLY redeeming quality of Five Guys is they nailed the diet Coke. It doesn't taste like floor cleaner. Otherwise, the food is too messy, expensive, and the fries are over-done.I almost tossed everything in frustration as my food spilled all over me.This place should be called "Five Year Olds".
