I have been going here regularly for the strawberry matcha. I was very disappointed with my last visit. The place was busier than usual but that is still not excuse for the multiple chunks of matcha that were still unblended. They were bitter and they made me feel sick afterwards. I will not be returning.

Great bubble tea place in downtown normal Illinois. Perfect for your tea or coffee fix. They have a nice variety of drinks and baked goods. Very inviting place to chat, study or just chill. Service was very friendly and quick.

Wonderful little shop, their bubble tea is superb. The milk tea is always a nice mellow round flavor with your underlying flavor of choice being the perfect level of present. And I just had the most windfall intense regular lemon bubble tea on my way back home today, it was perfectly sour for my pallet. I wholeheartedly recomend checking them out, whether your going to chill or just stopping by for a quick tea or coffee!

I haven't been there for a while until I randomly decided to go today. They carry a lot of gluten free and vegan baked goods now which I appreciated. Their drinks are as fun as I remember. I bought a jar of chai to make at home and that was delicious 🤤 when I drank it at home today. Just add hot water and stir.
Fun vibe for a college student or middle aged mom like me. I love this place!

You guys your coffee rocks! The iced Honey Bee Latte is delish. Atmosphere is cool and relaxed. I think the customer service could use some work. I stopped in town to be with family and both times I came in no one greeted more or said they would be with me soon, and then coffee times are slow even when not busy. If the coffee wasn’t so good I would probably check out a different place. Would have given 5 stars if customer service was better!
