Poor management. There is only two two people working and they are both focused on drive through orders while walk ins are ignored for ten minutes or more. I have been there more than 6 times in the past several weeks and it's the same treatment each and every time. The absolute worst management ever.

Really disappointed. The fries were cold.The bun on the burger was warm and the burger and bacon were actually very lukewarm at best.I should have taken it back.But my grandson started eating it. Obviously didn't kill anyone or make anyone sick.It's just hot food is what you order.And definitely wasn't that so rather it's a bad night or whatever it just wasn't a good meal.
Hands down, Hardee's has the best french fries around. My son has claimed this is his new fast food restaurant. Food is very delicious and hot. Staff are very friendly and courteous. I also would like to recognize the GM Kelley for his excellent & outstanding customer service & for Debra (who is a Mgr from the Washington, IL store) for her excellent & outstanding customer service as well. My son and I are very satisfied and continue to visit Hardee's ☺️

Absolutely trash of a place.. if you make complain they show the employee thr complaint and it has all your info in lesdjng to be able to contact causing employee/customer friction. They need to restart on there whole staff or just down the store.. lords knows they dont clean properly.
