I recently had the pleasure of visiting Heaters for the first time, and it was an experience well worth the anticipation. After wanting to try it for so long, I finally seized the opportunity and was not disappointed. I ordered the three-piece tender meal, complete with fries and a breadstick, and every element of the meal was delightful.
The fries were golden and crisp, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. The BBQ on the chicken tenders was exceptional—rich, smoky, and flavorful, elevating each bite to a new level. And the breadstick? It was a highlight, soft and buttery, melting in my mouth with each bite.
The service was equally impressive. Karen, who took care of me, was attentive and genuinely accommodating. She ensured I had exactly the right amount of dipping sauce, making the experience that much more enjoyable. It was truly a top-notch meal from start to finish.

Went to try this place for the first time a few days ago. A friend and I ordered within 30 seconds of eachother. My food came to me almost immediately less than a minute, the friend I ate with waited ~10 minutes.
The good : Portion size was large, the Hot Nashville sauce is delicious. The staff were nice and took the orders quickly.
The Bad : My food was absolutely not fresh. The chicken was luke warm and tough. The fries were oil soaked and seemed like maybe they had been kept under a heat lamp or something? You can see in the Pic that it doesn't look right.
I don't know if I'll try them a second time. The sauce was quite good, but the food I was served was disappointing.

i’ve been to heaterz so many times now and it’s one of my favorite late night restaurants. the food is great, the location is clean, and service is always good. last time i went, my server was keilani and she was great!

I love going to heaterz with my friends. I love the entire atmosphere and the place! Keilani was amazing to us when taking our orders and making sure we had everything we needed! Love it!
they said my simple order of chicken tenders and fries would take 15 minutes… i’ve been waiting for nearly an hour and a short king is yelling at the staff (justifiably) but seriously - what the f are they doing back there that is taking so long!? i’m so hungry i need a refund.

Great value, consistent food quality. I've been getting Buffalo Shrimp, nice tender shrimp, fries good too, always crispy around edges. Chicken is good too.

Had our order delivered. When it arrived my husbands nuggets had no sauce and a hair! and my jumbo wings were barely sauced and most of them were uncooked. Ive eaten here a couple times before, it was great. Not sure what happened tonight. Overall I have recieved inconsistent results in the past few visits. Tried to call the phone number was busy. Could not get thru. Tried multiple times. The only other contact on google was a alton number?? Would love to get my money back for a meal we couldnt eat. 40 bucks down...
