A very large selection of food on the buffet. Nice salad and fruit bar. The food is always hot and tastes fresh. The 2 waiters basically ignored us and stayed in the bussing room. We were never checked on except to give us drinks and the bill. They never checked on us to see if we needed more drinks or to clear plates when we finished and went back to get more food. So our table got cried with plates since it was a small table to begin with. But we will come back because the food...
There was 8 of us for dinner - 7 adults 2 of which were seniors and I child - of course we all had the buffet and drinks....the one thing I want to know is WHY did we pay a \n$19.01 " service charge" on our bill of OVER $200 ? didn't really notice this till we were already gone...I just want to know how many other people they do this to ???? and why wasn't we told this till it was too late !! We even left a tip on the table for our server who got our drinks/...
I get the sense that their employees are very unhappy 🙁. The food is great quality for a buffet. Would definitely recommend their sushi. They also have a Mongolian BBQ bar. I've never tried it as I don't have the ability to wait for my food with my kids but it looks good. But seriously the staff is sad
