Stopped by here while waiting for a train. Lady let us in early so we wouldn't have to wait in the snow and even took our order as soon as she was able. The cookies were hot and tasted amazing. Would definitely stop there again if I am ever in the area.

Excellent service tonight! I totally messed up the timing of my order and called the store panicking. No need though, the store employee was super kind. Even better though, Jeremy the delivery driver fixed it all and delivered right to my friend’s house AT MIDNIGHT rather than her office like I ordered. The warm cookies were her first birthday delivery. Thank you so much!!!

Why on earth would you serve a deluxe cookie with ice cream on top into a box with a plate in it? Please get some bowls with a lid to serve this. It started to melt in the car and leak ice cream out but I couldn’t eat it fast enough because there were no sides to push the cookie and ice cream up against to cut the cookie. To top it off…. As I was eating the spoon broke, it was like something out of a dramatic comedy. All I ask is that you come up with a bowl! The service was great and the cookie/ice cream was also, that’s my only positive part of the review!

This place sit right in the middle of other stores, bars and etc. Around the corner from the University. Surrounded by fun. My first time having these cookies and I must say my family and I were very pleased. Will be back. Great experience, the young lady who checked us out was very friendly and helpful.
Some of the best cookies in town there always super warm gooey and yummy. The staff are always kind and polite. It’s been one of our favorite treats for some now time However it has gotten quite expensive for the size of there cookies there standard sized cookies costing $2.75. Making a 6 pack $15 and some change. Feel like the pricing could be better but the cookies are fantastic.

Awesome, delicious cookies. Wow this place is good. Way better than Crumbl cookies, on the other side of town. These cookies have a great taste, are HUGE, and they have a good variety. Also carry ice cream here too.
Very happy with the order and delivery from the ISU/Normal IL shop! It was so easy to get delivery asap!
Vegetarian options: They sell some vegan cookies (on their regular menu).

OVER $8.00 For two cookies when the sign says $2.95 each, that's some kinda tax in Normal? One cookie was half the size of the other, the size you can get out of a box, had I looked before I left it would have went back. While they are tasty, not worth the $ when there are other options.
