As he was getting back into his car he helped a pack of wild elderly geese cross a river safely. It made me cry. I’m still crying about it. Benjamin, have a great night you sweet prince. Always get a warm cookie. I expect it to taste just right and it does, 99.99% of the time. Not too much of a wait but I do have to wait. More because of the others ordering, not the speed of service from employees. The staff is traditionally not unfriendly or friendly. Just a matter of fact and I'm okay with that. As long as there are no issues, take my money and give me cookies!!!! Yum, my biggest wish is that they would have the campfire cookie, year round.

Although we love insomnia, I wish the employee would have kindly worked with us to better transport or treat. Almost 100 degrees out and he places our ice cream on a cookie in a very small plate and I asked if he would kindly put the scoops in one of the lil containers with lids and cookies in a separate bag. He refused saying that would crush the cookie. By the time we walked around the parking lot behind the store and tracks we had a dripping melted mess. $20 plus bucks dripped on the ground, our hands and legs and car etc
I ordered cookies online for my daughter's 21st birthday! They delivered them at 10pm after my daughter's classes. Thank you Insomnia Cookies!

Stood at the counter with my wife and three kids for 10 minutes in full view of the employee. He looked at us no less than 4 times. Four other groups of people came in after use, and the doorbell rang each time. He never once came to the register. Two of the four groups left before. We finally left with three upset kids. Wish zero stars was an option. Because that is the rating that Insomina Cookies is happy to recieve.

This place is lame. Placed an order for 40 bucks worth of cookies, waited an hour, the delivery app never updated past waiting for driver. We called the store and we're fed a story about the driver is in out area and we will have our food shortly. 30 more minutes go by. We call the store and cancel the order. Money will be returned in a few business days....
why have a tracker if you don't use it

Edit: shortly after canceling the order the tracker updated to tell us the drivers on the way. About 10 minutes later the driver showed up to leave cold cookies and melted ice cream on our porch. This has to be one of the weirdest order experiences ive had.
Changed to a 2 from a 1 because we did get the right order, even if it took a long time and the tracker didn't work. We didn't eat the ice cream soup, but the cookies were OK after we warmed them up a bit. Not sure if the order was canceled or if we are still paying. Only time will tell.
Still probably avoid this one. This was my first and last insomnia cookie experience.

Stopped by here while waiting for a train. Lady let us in early so we wouldn't have to wait in the snow and even took our order as soon as she was able. The cookies were hot and tasted amazing. Would definitely stop there again if I am ever in the area.
