I prefer this location as it is closer to my home. The staff are always on point. Very friendly, fast and efficient considering it's in the heart of ISU. Parking is a challenge so I need to time my visits to avoid the lunch hour rush. Other than that, it's a great place!!
I requested a veggie sandwich, I emphasize no meat. Well they made my sandwich with other clients sandwiches which contained meat. Touching veggies with meat juice on hands. NO NO NO! Cross contamination. Lettuce was gray brown,gnats landing on mayo and tomatoes. I was happy my points covered it and it was free, because I threw it in trash when I got home. I will not be back. I am so happy I stood and watched. Its disturbing.
(On 11/13 @ 9:50pm )Food didn't sound good until right before everything I would normally choose closed. There was 10 minutes to spare when I arrived at this location on Main st in Normal IL, where I was greated with care immediately. The star who worked on my order was friendly, very knowledgeable about the food (my first visit btw) the other star working alongside this said person worked very effectively with closing tasks and maintaining the orders coming thru the door....
