But I'm going with the name he reluctantly gave me up, Owen, who said he's a closing manager, told me I was lying and that my sandwich wasn't made wrong. He made it super clear that he made my sandwich and told me all I got was mayo and cheese. Then, gave me a bogus email that doesn't exist so I couldn't provide the proof ... Do not order from this location i have never dealt with this rudeness and unprofessionalism from a business if someone wants to provide a legitimate email, I would love to provide the proof!!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Jimmy John’s located at 207 W North St, Normal, IL.
I placed a delivery order at 12:27 p.m. for a sandwich and a drink. I live less than a mile from the store, yet after 40 minutes with no update, I called. The person who answered — who claimed to be the manager — said he didn’t know where the driver was and told me to call back in 20 minutes.
When I called again 10 minutes later, I was told the driver still wasn’t back, that he was handling six deliveries, and that only one driver was working. Having worked for Jimmy John’s before, I found this unacceptable — normally, online orders are paused if a store is that understaffed.
When I voiced my frustration about waiting nearly an hour for one sandwich, the “manager” told me, “Other people order too,” then hung up on me. I called back to speak to someone else, only to be hung up on again after more rudeness. I was finally told the manager’s name was Eli, and that my order was voided — though I received no refund confirmation, despite tipping 15%.
I’ve never been treated so rudely by a restaurant. This was completely unprofessional, and I sincerely hope this location receives better management. I would not recommend ordering from here.

anyone else remember when you would get your Jimmy Johns delivered within 15 minutes of ordering if you were close enough? well today this took 41 minutes. the tracker also went straight from Order Received to Repeat Order after 25 minutes, so I think there may be some shitty prechecking out of orders for delivery to pad numbers or take more orders at once at the sacrifice of customer service, I now regret pre-tipping... sandwich was good though, other than all the jimmy peppers just being plopped in the middle of it.
I have had a lot of JJ's over the years but this was such a disappointment I had to say something. I ordered a #4 on wheat and what I got was a lettuce sandwich.

Ordered a combo with a vito sandwich and put LBI. Somehow, the sandwich had the bread scooped, no capocollo, no provolone, no oil/vinegar/oregano/basil. It was pretty much salami, ham, and lettuce. It's like they pulled random ingredients from a hat.Furthermore, the order was placed online and literally never confirmed to be ready, so I waited 30 minutes before going down there and finding it put in the doordash section. You might think that it was busy, but there was nobody in the store and they had zero orders - a ghost town (I wonder why?).Waste of time to come here. Go next door and eat lmao.
