I really do love Jimmy John's, but the wait for delivery is insane. Defeats the whole purpose of "Freaky Fast." I called to check on my order since it's been a while, but the worker wasn't much help and ended up hanging up.

The person who works there is extremely racist towards Indians. He was rude from the beginning. At first I thought he was just in a bad mood but no, he was very rude throughout the process. I was wondering why he was soo pissed off with me. Rolling eyes and deep sighs whenever I ask for something. I have never experienced this kind of behaviour from anyone in any food chain. It was a weird experience over all. I came back and was talking to my friends about this and guess what, he said he experienced the same thing last year so he didn't even get food there and just walked out. Never going back again. It caused me alot of anxiety.

EDIT: I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY BACK TWO DAYS LATER. UNACCEPTABLE!ordered 65 dollars worth of food todayWhen it got to my home, the sandwicheshad no meat on it.. I double checked receiptand no I did not order it incorrectly. When 1called the manager told me he wouldremake it but it will take a while for bedelivered again. Since I'm pregnant andalready waited 45 minutes the first time Idecided to just drive up there. When I gotthere the delivery driver was there. When Iexplained who I was they said "oh yeah yourorders right here" so it was just sitting therewhile they were hanging out. Cool.l asked ifcould get a refund on JUST the delivery fee(not even a full refund) and they straight upaughed in my face. I asked for the managerand the man informed me he WAS themanager. And that's how he treats hiscustomers? He was so unbelievably rude Iwas shocked and beyond disgusted. I had towalk out and when my boyfriend came in toget the food they were extremely rude tohim too. How high do you have to be toforget to put meat in a sandwich?? That'swhat happens when nof have college kidsrunning your store. If I was the owner I'd beembarassed.

EXTREMELY slow on lunch hours. Repeatedly had to wait well over an hour for their “freaky fast” delivery…. And I live FOUR BLOCKS AWAY.Just read through the recent reviews and this isn’t a new issue. The owners know and there’s little hope in it changing. Profits over everything, right?Jimmy John’s owner: don’t waste your time responding to this review. “How bout a free pickle?”. “Owner”… you are mentally “special”.

The staff was extremely nice. But I ordered my food at 11:45 for delivery. By my lunch break at 1, I hadn’t gotten my food delivered. I gave the store a call and they said they would remake and redeliver my food. By 2 I still had not received anything, called the store to get a refund. I waited for the charge to drop off my account and by Friday the charge had gone through. I called the store and was told the GM would contact me Saturday, no call. So out of all of this I didn’t get food and I was charged for the order :(

If you're hungry for jimmy johns via delivery, DO NOT order from this location.. I've ordered enough times to know their drivers don't knock, or my food never arrives. After being put off by the manager twice I asked for a refund, so I get my money back in 3-5 business days. Woohoo!
