I came in here recently, they got my order wrong and over charged me. But they made it right and didn't charge me anything, it was great customer service and I will return because of them stepping up! Great customer service!

Horrible ? I had to order everything 6 times and all I ordered was 3 sandwiches and 4 bags of chips ?. Not too fancy I ordered 2 #1's with no tomato and extra mayonnaise,a number 11 ,2 regular chips,2 barbecue chips. Get home and I have a tiny sandwich and the rest was ok. How many times can I say the same thing ?

I placed an order on the app and selected to use a reward and also selected to pay there. I get there and the kid rings up my order as if it was a new order and my reward wasn't redeemed. I paid $5 more for a mediocre little john that I didn't even want for full price.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered and gotten a sandwich like the one pictured. I wish I could get delivery at work from the Landmark location, their sandwiches are amazing. I tried to call to find out why my $15 sandwich had 1 piece of turkey and 1 pickle on the entire sandwich and was hung up on. Disappointing as it is a super convenient option for a quick lunch.

I literally just went through the drive thru, Jake who was at the window didn't say hello or anything, basically shoved my sandwich to me and kept my change and shoved me off! He didn't say anything to me at all !!! I left and called the manager and reported his behavior towards me. He said he'd give me a free sandwich and my change when I come back. I told him that's not the principal but I appreciate it. I also said he needs to keep his personal problems at home and not at the work place where he's working with the public! Thx Jake but no thx! you need a job where your not working with the public..
