I came in here recently, they got my order wrong and over charged me. But they made it right and didn't charge me anything, it was great customer service and I will return because of them stepping up! Great customer service!
JJ's was as expected fast and good. New hot subs are really good and bring a new flavor to JJ's.

Online order placed for pick up. Party box. Requested Mayo and mustard packets, in town for graduation and didn’t have own condiments, no packets with order. Meat was skimpy on sandwich’s. Price pay for party box’s or even a single sandwich, order should be right and a bit more meat.
